"Aryn was so helpful to my husband and I the other day to add my new vehicle onto our current policy. We were in a hurry because the dealership needed the binder to be able to purchase the vehicle and Aryn went above and beyond to ensure we were able to pick up our vehicle that same night. "I have been with Allstate since 1982. Due to the continued decline in customer service at the agency I was with (the same one from 1982, by the way, that changed ownership a few times over the 43 years since I joined), I made a phone call to a local Red Oak State Farm agency. I might have stayed with Allstate, except I was informed that the current agency owner had to "approve" my leaving him for another Allstate agency....okay...weird and dumb in my opinion. Within hours of calling Andrea Walton's agency, I had quotes for all 5 policies I needed and within 2 more days became a customer. The 2 ladies I dealt with at Andrea Walton's State Farm agency are gems in the customer service world. Give them a raise, Ms. Walton!!! :-)"

"Would highly recommend this agency. I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years in several states and found this agency to go over and above to help service my many policies.
